To utilize this service, travellers can easily make seat reservations via the HHR app. Once booked, customers receive their tickets on the app as well as through SMS and email for added convenience.

3. Madinah Bus

The Public Transport Project in Madinah boasts a comprehensive network of lines reaching every corner of the city. Through meticulously planned schedules, travelers enjoy organized trips for both outbound and return journeys. With an extensive network of 116 stations strategically positioned to cover the city's main attractions, the project operates along five primary routes. Modern buses, outfitted with state-of-the-art amenities and safety features, including provisions for passengers with special needs, ensure a comfortable and inclusive experience. Operating seamlessly for 16 hours daily, from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, seven days a week, the project caters to the diverse transportation needs of Madinah's residents and visitors alike.

To utilize the Madinah Bus service, passengers are required to download the app and fund their accounts. Cash payments are not accepted onboard; therefore, pre-loading credits onto the app is necessary to access the service.
