Question:
What is the ruling of a person who is yet in Ihram but cuts anothers hair to allow them to come out of ihram?
Answer:
If a person in Ihraam cuts another person’s hair to allow them to come out of Ihraam, this will be permissible if all the rituals have been completed, and no compensation will be necessary. However, if the rituals haven’t been completed then Sadaqah will be necessary on him, and Damm will be necessary on the person whose hair is cut.[1]
And Allah Ta’āla Knows Best.
