Processing Times
- Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days.
- Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During busy periods, new product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
UK Shipping
We offer shipping throughout the United Kingdom.
- Standard delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Expedited delivery may be available on selected products.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where applicable, tracking information will also be provided.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their country.
Please note that customs clearance may occasionally delay delivery beyond our estimated times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and size of your order.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
The Haramayn Guide cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply before it can be resent.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate with the courier.
While we will do our best to assist, delivery times provided by couriers are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
