The timing for Tawaaf al-Ziyaarah is from Fajr on the day of Eid (10th Dhul Hijjah) until the end of the days of Nahr (Maghrib on 12th Dhul Hijjah). It is compulsory to perform the tawaaf in these days. If one does not, it will be makrooh tahrimi and he will be required to give damm. He will also be required to perform it whenever in his lifetime.
