- All tours necessitate a deposit to confirm the booking, which is the payment required at the checkout. This deposit will then be deducted from the total payable amount after the conclusion of the tour.
- All bookings are final, and all payments, including deposits, are non-refundable under any circumstances. We encourage clients to confirm their plans before booking to avoid any inconvenience.
- During our Madinah tours, we endeavor to make stops at various sites, allowing our valued customers the opportunity to offer prayers at the Masjid's. However, it's important to note that such stops will be subject to the discretion of our tour guide to maintain adherence to the schedule.
- In Makkah, the situation differs slightly due to several factors such as road restrictions, traffic congestion, and occasional closures of specific Hajj sites. Therefore, the feasibility of making stops at multiple locations may be limited. Rest assured, our knowledgeable guides will provide comprehensive explanations of all sites, whether during stops, while passing by, or when customers are granted the opportunity to disembark.
- Lateness Policy: Punctuality is essential for the smooth operation of our tours. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late risk having the tour cancelled at the guide's discretion, with no refund of the deposit. If the guide chooses to proceed with the tour despite the delay, an additional fee of £20 will be charged for the extra waiting time. Furthermore, the guide reserves the right to adjust the itinerary as needed to ensure the tour can be completed within the allotted time frame.
